Zhuxin Reflective Glass is also known as On-line Hard-coated Float Glass and is manufactured using the “pyrolytic coating process” in which metal oxides are applied to the surface of the glass at about 1200°C.
The coating creates a mirror effect on the glass surface and can be applied to clear or tinted float glass. Hard coats are chemically and mechanically durable, which makes them resistant to scratches and damage over time.
Additionally, reflective glass can be post-heated for strengthening, tempering, and bending purposes, and can be easily cut, insulated, or laminated.
